    Conference fees

    Early bird fees (until 3rd June)

    Student:  250€
    Regular:  350€
    Dinner:      50€ (optional)

    Full fees (4th June - 15th July)

    Student:  350€
    Regular:  450€
    Dinner:      50€ (optional)

    Lunches, coffee breaks, and the welcome reception are included in the conference fees.
    In addition, you have the option to join the conference dinner. The ticket for the event (including the entrance to the botanic garden) can be purchased for 50€.
    On the registration page, you can also purchase extra dinner tickets (also for 50€) for accompanying people.

    WARNING: The deadline for early bird payment has been extended to 3rd of June.

    Registration for the conference is done via our
    Leiden university portal.

    Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Leiden Events Bureau's page with discounted hotel rates for the duration of the meeting.
